These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Zoho Pilot, provided by Scalarly Srl ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Zoho Pilot is an AI-powered assistant that helps you configure and manage your Zoho CRM through natural language commands. The service:

  • Connects to your Zoho account securely through Zoho
  • Interprets your natural language instructions
  • Plans and executes configuration changes to your Zoho environment
  • Provides audit trails and approval workflows for changes

3. Account and Access

To use Zoho Pilot, you must:

  • Have a valid Zoho account with appropriate permissions
  • Provide accurate registration information
  • Be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to enter into this agreement
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials

4. Credits and Usage

Zoho Pilot operates on a credit-based system:

  • Early Access: Users receive 100 free credits upon registration during the beta period.
  • Credit Usage: Each action performed by the AI consumes credits based on complexity.
  • Additional Credits: Pricing for additional credits will be announced before the end of the beta period.
  • No Refunds: Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

5. Zoho Account Access

When you connect your Zoho account:

  • You grant us permission to access and modify your Zoho CRM configuration securely
  • You are responsible for reviewing and approving changes before they are applied
  • You can revoke access at any time through your Zoho account settings
  • We are not responsible for unintended changes that you approve

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Use the service to spam or send unsolicited communications
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

7. Intellectual Property

The service, including all software, designs, and content, is owned by Scalarly Srl and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your Zoho data and configurations.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • The AI will always produce accurate or desired results
  • The service will meet your specific requirements

You are responsible for reviewing all changes before approving them and maintaining backups of your Zoho configuration.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SCALARLY SRL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Damages resulting from approved changes to your Zoho configuration

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Scalarly Srl from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for any reason. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination:

  • Your access to the service will cease
  • Unused credits will be forfeited
  • We may delete your account data after a reasonable period

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Milan, Italy, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.

14. Relationship with Zoho

Zoho Pilot is an independent product developed by Scalarly Srl. We are an Advanced Zoho Partner but Zoho Pilot is not endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with Zoho Corporation. "Zoho" and related marks are trademarks of Zoho Corporation.
